Rails Across the Bay 2009 Convention
April 15 - 19, 2009

Registration

Please note that all participants in the Rails Across the Bay 2009 PCR Convention must be members in good standing of the National Model Railroad Association (NMRA). Membership information is available at the NMRA website. A 6-month Rail Pass is available to encourage participation and have a 'look see' without a long-term commitment. Both Full and Rail Pass memberships may be requested and paid for on the registration forms.

Special "First Timer" Fare

Full-fare registration is $99.00, with a special "First Timer" rate of $75.00. A "first timer" is a PCR member that has not registered for the past 5 conventions. All fares include clinics, layout tours, Saturday night banquet, and the Sunday morning breakfast. One-day fares are also available at $45.00 per day, but do not include the banquet.

Breakfast Chits

Be sure to indicate how many Breakfast Discount Chits you will need on the registration forms. One chit per day per person is needed: 3 days = 3 chits; 2 persons 3 days = 6 chits. Sunday's breakfast is free!

Hobo Breakfast

If you're going to the Hobo Breakfast, subtract one chit. This year, the Hobo Breakfast may be paid for on your registration or separately on the "Company Store" page.

Awards Banquet Meal Choice

Indicate on your registration form if you will be attending the Saturday night Awards Banquet, and if so, whether you want, beef, chicken, or salmon. More information is on the "Banquet" page.
