Awards Banquet
The Rails Across the Bay 2009 Annual Awards Banquet will be held Saturday night from 7:00 to 9:00 PM and is included in all registrations, except Day Fares. There will be a Social Hour from 6:00 to 7:00 PM for everyone to renew old friendships and make new ones.
Banquet Speaker
The evening's program features a presentation by Mr. Henry Luna, founder and current president of the Pacific Locomotive Association. Mr. Luna has guided the PLA, its museum collection and operation for the past 48 years. He also served as the resident general manager of the Sierra Railroad, Railtown 1897.
Banquet Meal Selections
This year's banquet offers your choice of three meal entrees:
- Steak - Flat Iron Steak, Shitake Mushroom Reduction
- Chicken - Asiago Cheese Crusted Chicken, Caramelized Mushroom and Thyme
- Salmon - Grilled Salmon, Caper Beurre Blanc
