  • Western Pacific Railroad Museum/Feather River Rail Society In Portola. Home of the world-famous "Run-A-Locomotive" program.
  • Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad, 56001 Highway 41, Fish Camp, CA. (559) 683-7273 – The Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad is a fun-filled excursion for the entire family, located only 10 minutes from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park off of Highway 41. The historic railroad offers train rides, gold panning, an on-site rail museum, and a fun gifts & collectibles store. Open April through October.
  • Hillcrest & Wahtoke Railroad, 6943 S Reed Ave, Reedley, CA 93654. The H&W operates the live steam, 15" gauge, 5" scale, Glenwood, South Park & Pacific #13, 2-8-0 "Consolidation" locomotive, pulling 5" scale gondola cars, handmade at the on-site Hillcrest Shops, over nearly a mile of track.
  • Western Railway Museum – 5848 State Highway 12, Suisun City, CA 94585. (707) 374-2978 – Preserving the regional heritage of electric railway transportation as a living resource for the benefit of present and future generations. Co-hosts for Sugar Pine Centennial 2021 PCR Convention.
