The Daylight Observation is the quarterly newsletter of the Daylight Division to inform members and other interested parties of division activities and to provide educational articles for the advancement of railroad history and the art and science of model railroading. It is distributed to all members of the Daylight Division and to officers and newsletter editors of the other divisions in the Pacific Coast Region.
